This session will explore how United World College South East Asia uses concept based teaching and learning, competencies based learning, and systems thinking tools to create an environment that students can co-construct learning. Participants will take a deep dive into analyzing mental models, systems, and behaviors within their learning community so that more students can mobilize their own learning goals. Come explore examples of how UWCSEA has provided opportunities for all learners to play a vital role in developing their own curriculum using interdisciplinary learning. See how DEI protocols provide the scaffolding learners need to feel empowered to make decisions.
